PostHog may be used by both development companies and Anchor, but its ownership depends on the environment and handoff state.

Development-Era Usage

EGI or Mast may retain PostHog for development and staging analytics while a system is under active development.

After Handoff

If PostHog is part of the production operational model, Anchor owns production visibility and operational usage after handoff. Product analytics may still be shared or separately owned if documented in the handoff package.
