EGI SuiteDash Instance
EGI operates its own SuiteDash instance, separate from Mast's instance. Each company maintains independent branding, templates, and client data.
- Portal URL: Accessible via the EGI client portal domain
- Branding: EGI blue/gold color scheme with the EGI logo
- Admin access: Operations Lead and project managers
How It Fits in the Workflow
Client Onboarding
- New client contact is created in SuiteDash
- Proposal is generated from the software project template and sent for review
- Client selects their build option and maintenance package via the proposal's choice blocks
- Upon approval, a contract is generated and sent for dual e-signature
- After signing, the client onboarding FLOW triggers automatically:
- Welcome packet download
- Client information form
- Expectation of duty acknowledgment
- Portal tour
During Active Projects
- Milestone invoices are generated and tracked through SuiteDash
- Clients access project files, deliverables, and status updates via their portal
- Formal communications (scope changes, approvals) are documented in SuiteDash
Post-Project / Handoff
- Final invoice and project closeout documentation are delivered through the portal
- If the system is handed to Anchor for managed production, the handoff documentation package is shared through SuiteDash before the formal handoff
Templates and Configuration
Proposal templates, contract templates, FLOW configurations, and SuiteDash setup guides are maintained in the private dev-docs/sop/suitedash/egi/ directory. These contain sensitive business content (pricing structures, contract terms) and are not published to the public SOP site.
