Alert Routing

Alert routing must follow the documented production ownership model.

Default Standard​

  • Warnings route to the responsible production operations path.
  • Critical production alerts route to the on-call or incident path.
  • Escalation mapping must identify both the Anchor operational owner and the development company support contact.

After Handoff​

After Anchor acceptance, Anchor owns production alert routing and escalation behavior. The development company remains a downstream escalation target for code-level faults and remediation support.
