  • After handoff, Anchor owns production incident coordination and response.
  • The development company supports incident diagnosis and fixes when engineering changes are required.

  • a usable production runbook
  • documented escalation mapping
  • structured logs
  • production alerts
  • backup and restore references for stateful systems
